VSL receive a continuous stream of data files and marketing lists from all over the world from their supporter network.

The files are deduped, merged and purged during importation into the VSL version of the Agile Cloud implementation, providing them with a single view of the customer.

This information is segmented demographically and by sport for direct marketing campaigns via email and letter.

Outcome

VSL has grown to run more than a dozen global events per year involving thousands of sports enthusiasts in every corner of the globe.
